FSA-ENTERPRISES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ek custom digital service faraham karti hai. Kyunke har store client ke liye specially design aur build hota hai (jisme time aur resources lagte hain), neeche di gayi refund policy lagu hoti hai.

1. Nature of Service

Hamari service ek customized, done-for-you digital service hai — koi physical product nahi. Kaam shuru hote hi resources allocate ho jaate hain.

2. Non-Refundable

Jab payment ho jati hai aur kaam shuru ho jata hai, to fees non-refundable hain. Yeh isliye ke design, development aur products par humara time aur effort foran lag jata hai.

3. We Fix It Instead of Refunding

Agar aap result se mutmain nahi hain, to refund ke bajaye hum aapke store ko free revisions ke zariye theek karte rahenge taake aapko desired result mile. Aap akele nahi chhode jaayenge.

4. Cancellations

Agar aap kaam shuru hone se pehle cancel karna chahein, to humse foran contact karein — hum aapki situation ke mutabiq behtareen hal nikalenge.

⚠️ Chargebacks: Payment ke baad bilawajah chargeback ya dispute karna iss agreement ki khilaf-warzi samjha jayega aur uske khilaf qanooni karwai ho sakti hai. Kisi bhi masle ke liye pehle humse baat karein — hum hamesha hal nikalte hain.
